The Power of a 7-Month Commitment

There’s No Quick Fix for Deep Healing

Too many people want instant results—but emotional wounds, trauma, and relationship pain don’t heal overnight. Real transformation happens through consistent work, honest reflection, and skilled therapeutic guidance.

In six months, you’ll begin to: Identify and heal from root issues, not just surface problems Learn new emotional and relational skills that last a lifetime Break free from cycles of pain, fear, and defensiveness Build confidence, emotional awareness, and self-mastery This is not crisis management—it’s a journey toward lasting growth.
Programs Tailored for Every Stage of Healing

For Individual Men

“Strong doesn’t mean silent.”

Many men carry invisible weight—expectations, guilt, unspoken pain, and unresolved childhood wounds that quietly shape every relationship and decision.

Over six months, men in this program will:
  • Heal core wounds from childhood, father/mother relationships, or betrayal
  • Develop emotional literacy—learning how to feel, express, and manage emotions instead of avoiding or exploding
  • Rebuild integrity and self-trust, especially after failure or infidelity
  • Strengthen communication and leadership in relationships and life
  • Establish new habits of accountability, humility, and growth
This is your time to become the man you were meant to be—healed, grounded, and emotionally whole.
Programs Tailored for Every Stage of Healing

For Individual Women

“Healing doesn’t mean forgetting—it means freeing yourself.”

Women often show up strong for everyone else while quietly carrying heartbreak, betrayal, and old wounds that still affect their choices.

Over six months, women in this program will:
  • Identify emotional patterns rooted in childhood and past relationships
  • Heal from emotional dependency, codependency, and trauma bonds
  • Reclaim self-worth and boundaries without guilt or fear
  • Learn healthy emotional communication and conflict navigation
  • Break free from repeating cycles of unhealthy love
This is your season to heal the little girl inside you—so the woman in you can finally breathe.
Programs Tailored for Every Stage of Healing

For Couples

“Love can’t survive without safety, honesty, and repair.”

Many couples come to therapy hoping for a quick turnaround, but lasting change requires time to rebuild trust, understand patterns, and learn new ways of relating.

Over six months, couples will:
  • Unpack root causes of disconnection—not just the latest argument
  • Explore childhood and attachment wounds that fuel conflict
  • Learn the tools of emotional safety, empathy, and repair
  • Develop healthy communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Rebuild trust after betrayal or emotional distance
  • Create new rhythms of intimacy, respect, and partnership
The goal isn’t perfection—it’s progress. Couples who stay the course often describe their relationship as “brand new,” not because it’s perfect, but because it’s finally real.
90 day Program FOR MEN and women

ADDICTION RECOVERY PROGRAM
Drugs • Alcohol • Sex • Other Addictive Behaviors

90 Days. Focused Support. Accountability. Recovery.

This 90-Day Addiction Recovery Program is designed for men and women who are ready to confront addiction, take ownership of their choices, and begin building a healthier future.

Whether you are struggling with alcohol, drugs, sexual behaviors, pornography, compulsive behaviors, or other patterns of addiction, this program provides a structured therapeutic process focused on understanding what is driving the behavior—not simply trying to stop it.

You may be struggling openly, or you may be functioning at a high level professionally and personally while privately fighting a battle that few people know about.

Functioning is not the same as freedom.

WHY THIS PROGRAM?
As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), I have worked with individuals and couples navigating addiction, secrecy, shame, betrayal, relapse, broken trust, and the relational damage that addictive behaviors can create. This work is also deeply personal to me. I have walked alongside my own son through his recovery journey, and he has now maintained more than four years of sobriety. I have witnessed firsthand that meaningful change is possible when someone becomes willing to confront the problem, accept support, establish accountability, and consistently do the work.

ADDICTION AFFECTS MORE THAN THE BEHAVIOR
Addiction rarely stays contained to one area of life. Over time, it can affect:
  • Decision-making
  • Emotional regulation
  • Marriage and intimate relationships
  • Sexual and emotional intimacy
  • Trust and honesty
  • Connection with children and family
  • Work and professional credibility
  • Finances
  • Physical and emotional health
  • Self-respect
  • Personal values and integrity
Many people postpone getting help because they are still working, paying bills, caring for their families, maintaining careers, or successfully hiding what is happening.

But the question isn't simply: “Am I still functioning?”

The deeper question is: “What is this addiction costing me—and what could it eventually cost me if nothing changes?”

THE 90-DAY RECOVERY PROCESS

During these three months, we will work to identify not only WHAT you are doing, but WHY the behavior continues.

Depending upon your individual needs, our work may include:
  • Individual counseling
  • Addiction and behavioral pattern assessment
  • Identifying triggers and high-risk situations
  • Understanding the addiction cycle
  • Exploring underlying emotional and relational issues
  • Accountability and recovery structure
  • Emotional regulation skills
  • Developing healthier coping strategies
  • Shame and secrecy reduction
  • Relapse prevention planning
  • Boundary development
  • Rebuilding honesty and personal integrity
  • Addressing relational damage
  • Beginning the process of rebuilding trust with a spouse, partner, or family
  • Developing a personalized plan for continued recovery beyond the 90 days
When appropriate, we may also explore whether unresolved childhood experiences, trauma, attachment patterns, loneliness, rejection, stress, anger, emotional avoidance, relationship difficulties, or other factors are contributing to the addictive cycle.

The goal is not to automatically assume that every addiction comes from trauma. The goal is to understand your story, identify the factors maintaining the behavior, and develop healthier ways of responding.

THIS IS ABOUT MORE THAN STOPPING

Recovery is not simply:“How long has it been since I used, drank, watched pornography, acted out sexually, or engaged in the behavior?

”We are working toward something deeper:

Clarity.
Accountability.
Emotional stability.
Integrity.
Healthier relationships.
Stronger coping skills.
Sustainable recovery.

For individuals whose addiction has damaged a marriage or relationship, stopping the behavior is an essential beginning—but rebuilding trust often requires additional work.

YOU DO NOT HAVE TO FIGHT THIS ALONE
Addiction thrives in secrecy, isolation, rationalization, and repeated promises to yourself that this time will be different.

Recovery requires something different.

Honesty. Structure. Accountability. Support. Consistency.

Asking for help is not weakness.

It may be one of the most responsible decisions you make for yourself, your relationships, your family, and your future.

If you are ready to interrupt the cycle and begin doing the deeper work of recovery, this 90-day process is a strong place to begin.

90 Days. One Decision at a Time. A Different Direction.
